Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Minimum two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact and cooperate with co-workers to maintain service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and guest relations
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for prolonged periods
- Commitment to practicing safe work habits and adhering to safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers to maintain company service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods

Job Duties
- Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction
- Provide personal service with attention to detail exceeding guest expectations
- Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- Work collaboratively with fellow associates and service departments within the stadium
- Support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Maintain knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
