The Server position at Legends Global is a frontline role that directly impacts guest satisfaction and service excellence. This role is essential within the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environments of stadium and event venues. Servers are responsible for providing exceptional, personalized guest service while working closely with team members and other service departments. The primary goal is to ensure that every guest enjoys an outstanding experience through attention to detail, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.

Working as a Server requires dynamic interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, respond to their needs, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Servers are expected to offer prompt service by delivering food and beverages, including soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer. Teamwork is a key component, as Servers support each other by clearing and cleaning tables and assisting with running food to guests. The role also demands flexibility to perform opening, closing, and side work duties, ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.

Knowledge of the stadium’s diverse food, beverage, and retail outlets is important, as it allows Servers to assist guests efficiently and provide accurate information, further enhancing the guest experience. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift and transport items ranging from 10 to 50 pounds, and the mobility to perform repeated reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling activities for extended durations.

To succeed in this role, candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably have some college education. They should have two to three years of experience working in fast-paced, high-end clubs or restaurants, demonstrating proficiency in food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. The ability to multitask and maintain composure in a team-oriented environment is essential. Clear communication skills in English are mandatory to interact with guests and co-workers effectively.
