Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
at least one year of experience in guest services or food service
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, mornings, and weekends
must be 18 years or older
strong customer service skills
ability to handle a fast-paced work environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
minimum one year experience in guest services or food service
coffee preparation experience preferred
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to speak Korean is a plus

Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards
deliver exceptional customer service
ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace working a flexible schedule
perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
ensure accuracy of signs and pricing
