Job Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to work long hours including frequent weekends
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to check guest identification and monitor alcohol consumption
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Previous waitstaff experience preferred
- SERVSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred or required if mandated by the state
Job Duties
- Interact professionally using Spare Time Service Standards
- Serve guests utilizing Spare Time Entertainment's Steps of Service
- Demonstrate menu knowledge and make suggestions
- Promote knowledge of location features and upcoming events
- Patrol assigned section and respond to guest needs
- Review guest identification and monitor alcohol consumption
- Assist with food preparation when necessary
- Adhere to food safety and quality regulations
- Assist with waste control
- Operate POS system accurately and provide bills
- Complete shift paperwork and settlement
- Complete shift opening and closing duties
- Prepare and clean tables
- Maintain clean equipment and working areas
- Restock products and communicate shortages
- Maintain current certifications
- Report company violations
- Perform other duties as assigned
