Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role within the food and beverage industry
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of local cuisine and beverage offerings
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software
- Certification in food safety or alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe)
- Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner, providing menus and answering initial questions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks promptly while checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment
