The ideal candidate for this position is someone with at least two years of fine dining service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Passion for food and a positive, professional attitude are essential, as is a team-oriented mindset. Servers at Peche Seafood Grill are expected to be knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings, possess an interest in local, seasonal, and sustainable cuisine, and have a basic understanding of wine. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the guest experience from start to finish, acting as a guest advocate by addressing inquiries and additional menu needs.
