Job Duties

  • Master the menu by learning the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to confidently help guests and answer their questions
  • Serve with efficiency and care by taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering completed orders promptly with attention to detail
  • Manage the food service station by ensuring it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized
  • Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
