The Server position at Ivy Park is a part-time role with day shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, offering a competitive pay range of $17.00 to $17.50 per hour. The role is essential in delivering a superior customer service experience within the dining area by serving food in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Servers play a crucial part in enhancing the residents' dining experiences while upholding the community's mission and values. Responsibilities include serving residents, family members, and visitors efficiently and politely, taking accurate food and beverage orders using the point of sale system, and maintaining cleanliness and organization by setting up and breaking down tables. Proper serving techniques and etiquette are emphasized to ensure high standards, including serving food from the left and clearing dishes between courses.
