As a Server, the candidate will be responsible for taking orders and serving meals to residents and their guests in a polite, professional manner. Beyond food service, the role also demands careful preparation and cleanup of dining areas, ensuring all food safety standards are met and that residents receive attentive care tailored to their dietary needs and preferences. The position also includes delivering meals directly to residents’ apartments, a critical service that supports those with limited mobility. The Server is expected to set up the dining room and kitchen areas ahead of mealtimes, clear tables efficiently after use, and maintain cleanliness to uphold health and safety regulations.

Employees have access to robust training programs, mentorship opportunities, and pathways for career advancement, encouraging continuous development. The organization emphasizes a balanced work-life harmony, recognizing the importance of employee wellness for delivering the best resident experience. The focus on total rewards includes competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and recognition systems that celebrate staff contributions and achievements.
