We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Wait Staff/Servers and Coffee Shop Servers. This part-time position offers a rotating shift schedule, with compensation ranging from $17.82 to $20.49 per hour based on verification of experience and qualifications. Whether you are serving delicious meals in our dining area or creating a welcoming atmosphere in the coffee shop, you will play an integral role in enhancing our residents' dining experiences.

As a Wait Staff/Server, your role will involve taking residents' orders and delivering meals promptly while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. You will be well-versed in the menu, including daily specials and desserts, to assist residents in making enjoyable selections. Keeping the dining room and service areas clean and welcoming is paramount. You will also assist in preparations for special events and functions, ensuring every detail contributes to an unforgettable experience for our residents. Presentation is key, so wearing the regulation uniform and maintaining a neat appearance will be required. Confidentiality in interactions with residents is essential, and the ability to lift 25 pounds or more is necessary for this role.

For those passionate about coffee and organization, the Coffee Shop Server position offers a chance to be the heart of our cozy coffee shop. Responsibilities include setting up the coffee shop to create an inviting ambiance, maintaining full stock and cleanliness during service, and caring for all dishware and utensils. You will also manage the breakdown of the coffee shop at closing, ensure counters are spotless, and add extra touches such as flower arrangements. Folding and washing linens when needed is part of creating a polished, welcoming environment. This role also requires the ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
