The Server position at Legend Senior Living is a unique role that distinguishes itself from typical server jobs. This part-time role offers a balanced work schedule with no late-night shifts, catering to the preferences of the residents who enjoy early dining hours. Regarding compensation, servers receive a flat hourly rate without tips, ensuring transparency and protecting the residents’ comfort and safety during meal service. The server’s primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service within an elegant, restaurant-style dining room. The culinary team is crucial to enhancing the Gold Leaf Dining experience, providing residents and their guests with efficient, courteous meal service and maintaining the highest food quality standards.

In this role, servers are entrusted with taking and placing food and beverage orders accurately, assisting with special resident requests, and ensuring the salad bar is properly supplied and maintained at the correct temperature. Servers also handle table clearing, washing station coordination, and table resetting.
