We are currently seeking dedicated and friendly individuals to join our dining services team as Waitstaff on a part-time basis, with a rotating shift schedule. In this vital role, Waitstaff at Highland Hills Assisted Living play an essential part in creating an excellent dining experience for residents. The position requires serving meals in a timely, courteous, and professional manner while engaging with residents to address their dietary preferences and special requests with care and empathy. The role involves setting up dining areas, serving meals and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the dining and kitchen areas according to strict health and safety regulations. Collaboration with kitchen staff and other team members is essential to ensure smooth service and a positive dining atmosphere. This role demands individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate dependability and a strong work ethic. The position also includes physical requirements such as standing, walking, and carrying items for extended periods, as well as the capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
