Job Description
Trinity Landing is a waterfront senior community that offers residents a unique blend of resort-style living paired with excellent dining experiences. This vibrant community features three distinct dining venues: a Bistro, a Pub, and a full-service Restaurant, providing a variety of culinary options to meet diverse tastes and preferences. Situated in a picturesque location, Trinity Landing strives to provide a welcoming environment that promotes comfort, social engagement, and an elevated lifestyle for its senior residents. The establishment prides itself on delivering high-quality dining and personalized service that enhances the overall living experience within the community.
Currently, Trinity Landing is looking for part-time Servers to join their Dining Services team. These positions come with flexible scheduling options, with shifts available from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm and 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm on both weekdays and weekends. Candidates may choose from multiple scheduling arrangements available throughout the week, Sunday through Saturday, allowing for a balance between work and personal commitments. The role offers competitive pay at $18 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour offered if the employee waives company benefits.
The Servers at Trinity Landing play a vital role in ensuring that all dining experiences exceed expectations. The position requires a professional, outgoing demeanor and strong customer service abilities to interact effectively with residents, guests, and staff. Prior serving experience is preferred, ideally with familiarity in fine dining or resort settings, as this helps maintain the high standards expected in a community-focused, upscale casual restaurant environment. Duties involve greeting and seating guests, setting tables for meal services and special events, and maintaining cleanliness throughout dining and event spaces. Servers are responsible for accurately taking and delivering orders, verifying meal quality, removing dishes efficiently, and assisting with meal assembly in resident apartments or take-out requests.
This role not only supports daily dining operations but also contributes to the welcoming and hospitable atmosphere that defines Trinity Landing. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is important, as Servers often assist colleagues and may be called upon to perform other duties, such as dishwashing and detailed cleaning, to ensure all service areas remain pristine. Emphasis is placed on promoting fine dining etiquette and adhering to regulations that safeguard resident wellbeing and satisfaction.
In summary, this part-time Server role at Trinity Landing is perfect for those who enjoy delivering exceptional dining service in a community-oriented environment. Those with previous restaurant service experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a friendly attitude will thrive in this position. Trinity Landing supports its employees by offering flexible work hours and competitive compensation, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals seeking a fulfilling role in the food service industry within an upscale senior living community.
