Job Description
Our dining services establishment is dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their guests, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. We operate within strict adherence to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, which underscores our commitment to excellence and safety in every interaction. As a part of a dynamic team, our focus is not only on delivering high-quality food but also on delivering impeccable customer service that promotes satisfaction and comfort.
We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time Dining Service Attendant to join our team. This role is structured as a part-time position, specifically from 4pm to 7pm, with an hourly rate of $16.00. Please note that this position is not benefit eligible and is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible work schedule, perhaps balancing other commitments. As an essential member of our dining services, the Dining Service Attendant will be responsible for creating a positive dining environment, ensuring all service standards are met, and executing assigned duties efficiently and with attention to detail.
The role involves using a point of sale (POS) system to process orders promptly and accurately, a critical component for maintaining smooth operations during dining hours. The successful candidate will work under general supervision in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Training will be fully provided, making this position suitable for those new to the hospitality industry or looking to develop their skills further. The Dining Service Attendant will also follow established policies and procedures and work closely with the Head Cook or Duty Manager to ensure quality service standards are upheld at all times. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the well-being and satisfaction of our residents while gaining valuable experience in the food service field.
