We are currently seeking a Server to join our outstanding team. This role is central to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests by promoting a fine dining atmosphere, ensuring attention to detail, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The Server will work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and the Executive Director, playing a vital role in keeping residents satisfied with the food and dining programs offered. Responsibilities include setting tables according to ESL standards, serving beverages, accurately taking and delivering meal orders, and upholding food safety and quality standards. Servers will also assist in preparing and executing special events, banquets, and themed meals, enhancing residents' dining experience and making them feel valued and supported. Additionally, the Server will contribute to communicating residents' likes and dislikes to facilitate menu planning and ensure continual improvement in dining satisfaction.

This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to handle customer concerns compassionately and effectively. The role offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a community-focused establishment that values teamwork and cooperation among all staff members. As part of the team, the Server will participate in pre-meal meetings and engage with new residents to familiarize them with menu options and seating arrangements.
