The role of Server at Clearwater at Rancharrah is a part-time position designed for individuals passionate about serving seniors and enhancing their dining experience. Servers at this community play a crucial role in ensuring that each meal is not only nutritious but also a pleasant and social occasion for residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, maintaining a clean and sanitary dining environment, and assisting residents with meal choices based on their dietary requirements. In this role, the Server takes written food orders, serves meals to residents, family members, and guests, and operates with courtesy and efficiency. This includes handling meals with proper etiquette, such as serving from the left and clearing plates between courses, to deliver a refined dining experience. The Server also monitors residents' dietary needs as outlined by the Culinary Director, tracks meal attendance, and helps new residents feel integrated and valued. Additionally, responsibilities include cleaning and resetting tables, stocking condiments and dining supplies, and assisting with kitchen and dining services to ensure flawless operations.
