- Two years of prior serving experience required

Job Qualifications
- Two years of prior serving experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage cash transactions accurately
- understanding of menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested
- accommodate reasonable requests and note guest preferences
- demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special request accommodation
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and ability to work well with others
- remain flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay relevant information to supervisor
- ensure the dining room is properly set up before and after service periods while meeting sanitation standards
- operate a variety of equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, and coffee machines
- collaborate with staff of other departments to perform duties during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
