Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
  • experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of menu items, allergens, food preparation, and beverage options
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
  • present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
  • deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature
  • check back with guests regularly and anticipate needs
  • process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts accurately
  • maintain table cleanliness, reset tables, and support dining room organization
  • communicate guest needs and concerns to management or kitchen staff as needed
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
  • assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
