Morrison Living is currently hiring for a part-time Server position, offering a rewarding role within their culinary team. Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
  • deliver food promptly and professionally while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
  • demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
  • advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate reasonable requests
  • demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed
  • communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery
  • exhibit exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
  • promote clean, safe, and neat environment
  • maintain high level of sensitivity regarding personal or medical information
  • address complaints promptly and escalate to supervisor as necessary
  • ensure proper setup and cleanliness of dining area before and after service
  • operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines
  • collaborate with other departments during special events and functions
