The Server role at Clearwater at Riverpark plays a crucial part in enhancing the dining experience for residents. This position is part-time and requires open availability, offering a pay rate of $16.90 per hour. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of customer service, ensuring that each meal is served efficiently and courteously. This role centers on making meals a positive experience by assisting residents with menu choices, carefully following dietary guidelines, and maintaining clean and sanitary dining areas. Additionally, the Server must be attentive to residents, guests, and family members, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Key responsibilities include taking written food orders, seating residents properly, tracking meal attendance, and helping in the kitchen or dining service areas as needed. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Background clearances as required by government regulations
Must meet health requirements, including TB
Previous experience in food service preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Open availability required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Take written food orders and serve meals to residents, family members and guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
Assist residents with meal/menu selections as necessary or requested
Use proper etiquette and manners while waiting tables courteously and professionally
Review residents’ dietary needs, as outlined by the Culinary Director
Track resident attendance at meals in a timely manner to the appropriate person
Ensure that all residents are greeted and seated properly, making extra efforts to integrate new residents making them feel welcome and comfortable
Ensure a clean sanitary dining area and comply with all policies and procedures regarding the proper handling and serving of food
