As a Server at Din Tai Fung, you are a critical part of delivering unforgettable moments for guests. This role requires you to manage your assigned tables attentively, assist guests by navigating the menu options, and guarantee a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit. You will be responsible for taking detailed food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt and personalized service, and presenting each dish with care to uphold the restaurant's high standards. Furthermore, servers play a supportive role by helping with runner and busser duties as necessary, maintaining a seamless flow of service to enhance overall operational efficiency. This position offers a flexible work schedule including both opening and closing shifts during weekdays or weekends, and comprehensive training to equip you with essential skills for success. Compensation for this role includes an hourly rate starting at $17.81 plus tips estimated between $29.50 to $31.25 per hour, reflecting a competitive pay structure within the hospitality industry. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a server in a full-service or comparable restaurant
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to provide documentation to work legally in the United States
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a server in a full-service or comparable restaurant
