The role offered is that of a Server within one of ISL's vibrant communities. This position is part-time and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $24.00. The ideal candidate will be a personable and attentive individual, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents by taking meal and drink orders and serving meals in a friendly and timely manner. The Server plays a crucial role in ensuring residents and guests are satisfied with their dining experience, maintaining knowledge of food specials and descriptions, managing side stations, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards within the dining areas.

Beyond just serving food, this role requires a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors and the ability to interact courteously with residents, guests, and fellow staff members.
