The role of the Restaurant Server at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual. Servers are the face of the restaurant, playing a crucial role in ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities include maintaining clean and tidy tables, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and providing thoughtful and engaging interaction with guests throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, enthusiastic, and able to foster meaningful connections with guests. They should have a deep understanding of the menu and be capable of upselling by guiding guests through their culinary choices.
