Job Requirements
- Must meet Virginia minimum age requirements for employment (16+)
- Food Handlers' Card required (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of older adults
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs

- One year of serving experience preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and courteous dining service to residents and guests
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders using POS system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist with table setup and clearing
- Support special events and catering services as needed
- Deliver a warm, respectful, and engaging dining experience
