The role available is for a Full-Time Oyster Bar Server within the Food Hall department. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be twenty-one years of age or older
- One year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- OR six months experience within Beverage Department at Wind Creek Hospitality required
- Willingness and ability to lift and maneuver a minimum of fifty pounds
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing and understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats
- Must successfully pass a job interview including a guest service audition
- Must successfully complete Responsible Vendor Alcoholic Beverage Service and BASSET training
- Must complete ServeSafe Sanitation training
- Minimum bartending skills
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have an Occupational License or ability to obtain and maintain a license pursuant to Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position

Job Duties
- Report to the station as scheduled in proper uniform and ready to work
- Complete all side work as directed by the supervisor
- Greet guests in a friendly professional manner
- Take orders from guests and servers
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items as well as some beer and wine knowledge
- Inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned stations and associated public space and rectify any deficiencies
- Continuously maintain cleanliness and organization of bars, bottle displays, coolers, and station equipment
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
