Joining the opening team at Oribu Restaurant is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about serving guests with excellence. The Server role is integral to creating a memorable dining experience through attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Servers will be responsible for presenting food and beverage selections to guests, offering expert recommendations from a diverse menu that expertly marries Japanese and Mediterranean cuisines. This role demands a strong understanding of menu offerings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage guests through casual conversation that enhances their overall experience.

This position requires flexibility in scheduling as servers may work during both lunch and dinner meal periods, with shifts possible any time between 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. The role involves not only front-of-house guest interaction but also general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary and welcoming environment. The initial hourly rate for this position is $13.50, with a scheduled increase to $15.00 after six months, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding dedication and service excellence.

  • previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
