- previous serving experience preferred
- valid alcohol compliance certification required
- strong communication skills
- ability to operate POS systems

Job Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant, bar, concert venue, or hospitality environment is preferred
- must obtain and maintain a valid alcohol compliance certification (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or other state-approved certification) before working any scheduled events
- strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ability to accurately handle cash and operate a POS system
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional customer service
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- serve food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and accurately
- verify guest identification when serving alcoholic beverages and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
- process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- monitor guest needs throughout the event and promptly address requests or concerns
- maintain clean and organized service areas before, during, and after events
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, supervisors, and other team members to provide efficient service
- assist with opening, closing, side work, and event setup or breakdown as assigned
- perform other duties as assigned
