- Familiarity with food and beverage menu items, including coffee and cocktail preparation
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive table service
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, cocktails, and other refreshments as ordered
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service environment
- Restock and replenish the coffee bar and side work supplies as needed
- Communicate guest feedback and any service issues promptly to managers
- Work alongside hotel staff to promote restaurant and bar offerings and exclusive guest promotions
