This boutique hotel offers 34 guest rooms alongside an exclusive lobby and patio area, recently reimagined by Palisociety, a renowned hospitality company known for creating unique and luxurious guest experiences. The hotel combines genuine charm, comfort, and unexpected luxury to provide a memorable stay for its guests. Patrons of Le Petit Pali at Ocean Ave can enjoy bespoke lodging experiences, daily Continental Champagne Breakfast, and social hours that enhance the overall hospitality offerings of the property.

Le Petit Pali at Ocean Ave is currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Server who is passionate about providing outstanding service by serving delicious food, drinks, and coffee. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic hospitality environments and enjoy forging authentic connections with guests. The Server position is integral to the guest experience, requiring a genuine interest in elevating interactions while maintaining professionalism and efficiency. Servers at Le Petit Pali are expected to have extensive knowledge of the menu offerings and be able to communicate these effectively to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. This position also demands strong interpersonal skills, as the Server will interact with a diverse clientele and team members.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 30 lbs for prolonged periods
  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar server position

  • Execute management's instructions and read company memos
  • Perform other duties as assigned
