ARRIVE Albuquerque is a distinguished boutique hotel located on Central Avenue, the iconic U.S. Route 66, in the heart of Downtown Albuquerque. This beautifully renovated historic hotel, originally known as the Downtowner Motor Inn, opened in 1965 and has been transformed into a vibrant neighborhood hub that blends modern southwestern charm with comfort and style. The hotel features 137 rooms outfitted with luxurious amenities such as Bellino Fine Linens, floral upholstered headboards, Grown Alchemist bath products, Marshall Bluetooth speakers, and plush robes, ensuring guests experience a relaxing and memorable stay. Beyond the guest rooms, ARRIVE Albuquerque hosts DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge, an imaginative high/low, east/west cocktail bar, restaurant, and swim club offering Pan Asian-American classics alongside traditional Americana comfort food, all set in a lively seasonal poolside environment complete with tropical drinks and light bites.

The Server position at DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge is an exciting role designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to engage with guests while serving delicious food, drinks, and coffee. As a Server, you will be the face of ARRIVE Albuquerque, providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive and friendly service. This role requires a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts, ensuring that guests’ needs are anticipated and promptly met. You must be adept at navigating a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Understanding the diverse menu and beverage offerings is essential, as you will be expected to communicate effectively and accurately about the items available. The job also involves operating point-of-sale systems such as Micros and handling cash registers, emphasizing the need for strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.

In addition to delivering excellent table service, you will play an important part in creating a welcoming atmosphere by adapting to different guest personalities and collaborating seamlessly with your fellow team members. Problem-solving skills are vital, enabling you to resolve any issues with tact and initiative per company policies. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work area is also an important aspect of the role, ensuring that guest spaces are inviting and hygienic.
