SaddleBrooke Two is currently seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Server to join their team. This role is essential in maintaining the high quality of service that members and guests have come to expect. The position involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring orders are accurately taken and delivered promptly, managing monetary transactions including cash and credit card payments, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a good understanding of restaurant operations, and the ability to handle situations tactfully and efficiently to ensure a positive experience for every guest.

As a Food and Beverage Server at SaddleBrooke Two, you will be directly interacting with members and guests, greeting them warmly, taking their orders carefully, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience. You will also be responsible for operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, making sure all orders are entered correctly and payments are processed without error. Maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area by clearing tables, resetting them, refilling beverages, folding napkins, and stocking condiments is also part of your daily duties. The position requires adherence to specific regulations such as compliance with Arizona Liquor Laws and participation in TIPS alcohol training, ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
