- No prior casino or dealer experience required
- Ability to complete paid dealer training
- Comfortable working evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Hospitality experience such as server, bartender, host, or hotel roles
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures consistently
- Reliable, professional, and punctual work ethic

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
- Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly
- Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
