The company operates a broad portfolio of world-class brands dedicated to providing the best stay for every guest, emphasizing values such as integrity, teamwork, leadership, and ownership. This makes Hilton not only a premier destination for travelers but also a great place to build a rewarding career.

This Food Server position at Hilton offers an exciting opportunity to be part of this vibrant hospitality environment where your role goes beyond merely serving food and drinks—it’s about creating memorable and warm experiences that brighten each guest’s day. Working shifts that vary between early mornings and evenings, including weekends and holidays, you'll be an essential part of the team that ensures guests enjoy their dining experiences fully. The role requires you to bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, helping to create a positive atmosphere and proactively enhancing the guest's meal experience.

In this position, you will master the menu, becoming knowledgeable about all items, specials, and promotions to confidently assist guests with their choices. Your ability to take precise food and beverage orders, use the point-of-sale system efficiently, and deliver meals promptly will be crucial to maintaining exceptional service standards. Managing the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the food service station is another key responsibility, ensuring smooth operations throughout your shift.

Compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations is integral to this role. You will play a direct part in safeguarding the wellbeing of both guests and team members by adhering to all relevant regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of food and beverage or restaurant server experience and the capability to obtain or already possess a TB Clearance Certificate, ensuring readiness to contribute effectively from day one.

Hilton’s commitment to its employees extends beyond typical job roles. As part of a global family, you will benefit from exceptional perks such as deeply discounted travel at Hilton’s world-class hotels, employee stock purchase programs, paid parental leave, and access to personalized caregiving and crisis support services. The company also prioritizes mental health and offers free counseling through its Employee Assistance Program, as well as generous paid time off and comprehensive health and welfare benefits. These offerings highlight Hilton’s dedication to supporting its team members through all stages of their personal and professional lives.

Joining Hilton means embarking on a journey where your passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and accountability will be valued and amplified within a supportive and dynamic culture. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to grow within the hospitality field, Hilton promises a career path filled with opportunities to thrive and make every stay a little more magical. Experience the joy of hospitality not only through the eyes of the guest but also from the rewarding perspective of being part of an award-winning workplace that treasures every team member’s contribution.
