The Server role at OMA KAI Sushi is crucial in upholding the restaurant’s high standards through engaging customer interactions and expert service. This position requires at least two years of serving experience and a readily open schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and lunch shifts, committing to approximately 30 to 40 hours per week. The servers are the vital bridge between guests and the dining experience, tasked not only with taking orders but acting as brand ambassadors who educate customers on the menu offerings and optimize sales through thoughtful upselling. The commission-based compensation model emphasizes earning potential through performance, blending a small hourly base with a significant portion of tips.   • eligible to obtain SafeServe and Alcohol Serving certifications

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • two years of serving experience required
  • SafeServe and Alcohol Serving certifications required (can be obtained during training)
