We are currently seeking dedicated Event Servers to join our team and provide outstanding support during off-premise events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where flexibility, professionalism, and exceptional customer service are vital. The position is part-time and hourly, with schedules that vary according to business demands, providing both challenge and opportunity to those who thrive in fast-paced settings.

Event Servers will report to Proof of the Pudding’s corporate office located in West Midtown Atlanta, but the role involves traveling to various event venues throughout the greater Atlanta region and occasionally beyond. This travel component allows for diverse work settings, including indoor venues, temporary structures, and outdoor locations, requiring adaptability and physical stamina.

The primary responsibilities include setting tables and buffet stations according to specific event diagrams or samples, assisting in the unloading and loading of event trucks, and ensuring efficient and professional service of food and beverages. Maintaining cleanliness and coordination with team members is essential to uphold the quality and smooth operation of every event.

Candidates for this role should have prior experience or a strong interest in food and beverage service or the hospitality industry. Key personal attributes include excellent communication skills, strong time management, a detail-oriented approach, and a genuine commitment to exceeding guest expectations. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial.

Physically, this role requires prolonged periods of standing, moving through event spaces, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds. Adherence to uniform standards and maintaining personal grooming is mandatory to represent the company professionally.
