Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a food and beverage server for at least 1 to 2 years
- Proficiency in English language
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards and regulations
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service including wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, hot and non-alcoholic beverages, cuisines, and pairings
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a food and beverage server
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English at a workplace level
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
- Master the menu by learning details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to help guests and answer their questions with confidence
- Serve with efficiency and care by taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering completed orders promptly
- Manage the food service station by ensuring it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized
- Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
