As a Server, you will be the face of Chili's, responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by delivering personalized and hospitable service. You will learn the menu in-depth to expertly explain the variety of offerings to our guests, from appetizers to beverages. This role requires a proactive approach to working with team members to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Servers will also perform essential opening and closing duties to maintain the smooth operation of the restaurant. Flexibility is important, as you will need to be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays depending on business needs.
