Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- previous food server experience preferred
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb, and use of hands and arms
- ability to work in a noise level ranging from moderate to loud and in smoke-filled environments

Job Duties
- Interact effectively with the public and Team Members
- perform excellent customer service at all times
- provide prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to restaurant customers
- maintain compliance with health and sanitation regulations and food safety certification
- take and fill all food and drink orders
- assist in maintaining customers dining area in a clean and neat manner
- monitor customer needs continually and fulfill requests promptly
- work as a team member with Venue Hosts, Supervisors, Food Servers, Bus People and Kitchen Staff
- assist with clearing and bussing tables
- maintain a consistent and regular attendance record
- assist with side work, opening and closing duties
- perform any reasonable management requests
