The Server role is integral to the smooth operation of our restaurant and the overall satisfaction of our guests. Servers are responsible for greeting customers and directing them to their seats, presenting menus, and providing expert recommendations including wine pairings. This position requires close collaboration with back-of-house staff and other members of the wait staff, ensuring that orders are accurately entered and that food is delivered promptly. The Server must use the Micros POS system efficiently for order entry and payment processing while adhering to all relevant regulations, including checking identification for age verification on alcoholic beverage orders.

Beyond technical skills, the Server should be able to maintain the dining area by pre-bussing tables, clearing and resetting with proper table settings, and attending to guests' needs throughout their visit to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate is attentive, proactive, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, sometimes confined workspace, maintaining composure and professionalism to manage multiple tables at once. The Server not only answers questions about the menu but goes above and beyond to offer personalized service, making recommendations and adapting to guest preferences to enhance their satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for guest service.
