We are currently seeking a Server to join the team at The Blake at Township. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys delivering world-class service in a senior living environment. Servers at The Blake are responsible for ensuring that all residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and enjoy a pleasant dining experience. This includes assisting with the bar and coffee shop as scheduled and demonstrating thorough knowledge of menu items. The Server will maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health in all dining areas, take accurate orders, and collaborate with team members to ensure prompt food delivery. Additional responsibilities include setting and resetting tables according to company standards, supporting meal preparation when needed, maintaining stock levels at dining outlets, and assisting with special events and activities as required. Our Servers must be flexible to work various shifts, including holidays, weekends, and special events, while exhibiting excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
