As a respected establishment in senior living, we prioritize a culture of care, respect, and professionalism to ensure all residents enjoy a superior quality of life every day.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Server to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Culinary. This hourly position plays a vital role in delivering a positive dining experience to our residents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills while engaging with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, thereby enhancing the communal dining atmosphere.

The Server must be knowledgeable about the menu and capable of making appropriate suggestions to residents and guests, ensuring every meal is enjoyable and meets residents' preferences. Additionally, the Server will assist food preparation staff when needed and perform end-of-shift responsibilities both in the dining room and kitchen for seamless operations. Maintaining up-to-date training through our Learning Management System is also a key component of the role to uphold service quality and adherence to safety standards.

This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to walk and stand continuously during shifts, handle frequent lifting and carrying of items weighing between 0 to 50 pounds, and the ability to bend, squat, twist, and climb stairs frequently. A strong command of English is necessary for effective communication and compliance with administrative instructions.

Joining our team means becoming part of a purpose-driven organization that values teamwork, respect, and the well-being of its residents. As a Server, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the lives of seniors while working in a supportive and positive work environment. We encourage those with a positive attitude, ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining service to apply for this rewarding position.
