Normandy Farms Estates, a beautiful, gated community located in Blue Bell, PA, is part of the Acts Retirement-Life Communities family. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join Normandy Farms Estates as Servers. This is a full-time role with a shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, ideal for those who enjoy providing excellent customer service in a hospitality-oriented setting. The Server position is entry-level and offers on-the-job training, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals without prior experience to develop valuable skills in a supportive and rewarding environment. The role centers on creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests by delivering food and beverages promptly, as well as assisting with the setup and cleanup of the dining room. The Server will play a crucial part in ensuring that dining services meet the high standards valued by the community, contributing directly to resident satisfaction and wellbeing.

Employees in this role enjoy competitive pay with starting rates ranging between $13.59 and $15.97 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Job Requirements
