The role of a Server at Golden Nugget is integral to sustaining the company’s reputation for excellence in hospitality. This position is principally based in the restaurant and food and beverage areas, where the assigned server ensures that every guest receives service to the Golden standard. Servers are responsible for observing guests’ needs and satisfaction, promptly addressing requests, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining environment. The daily tasks include delivering food and beverage items, replenishing glassware and utensils, offering dessert and drink options, and removing courses promptly and efficiently. Additionally, employees in this position are expected to display a strong commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly reporting concerns to management when necessary. The position also entails adherence to internal ethics policies, with any observations of illegal or unethical conduct being reported immediately.

This is a tipped position with an hourly wage of $3.25, providing employees with the opportunity to earn additional income through gratuities.
