Job Requirements
- Standing and walking constantly
- Stooping, bending and crouching constantly
- Reaching at or below shoulder level constantly
- Gross and fine manipulation using both hands constantly
- Push, pull and lift up to 50lbs frequently
- Reaching above shoulder level frequently
- Keyboarding and use of computer hardware frequently
- Lifting, pushing or pulling greater than 50lbs with assistance occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Customer services

- Previous experience as a server, bartender, waitstaff or relevant role

Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming guest
- Taking orders accurately and relaying them properly
- Serving food and beverages to guest
- Checking in with customers to make sure they are satisfied and enjoying the MCBC experience
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing customers' needs in a timely manner
- Upselling products when appropriate
- Processing customers payments accurately and efficiently
- Keeping up on side work, clearing tables and general cleaning task for the facility
