Job Duties
- Provide constant attentive and exceptional service to casino guests during service
- Responsible for receiving beverage and food orders from guests
- Responsible for prompt delivery of beverage and food orders
- Assist all guests as needed
- Assist bussing staff by pre-bussing guests' tables
- Responsible for keeping work areas and tables clean at all times
- Stay informed and up-to-date with daily changes in menus pricing special events and promotions
- Comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and MNGE Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance
- React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Additional duties as required or assigned
