Maggiano's Little Italy, a proud member of Brinker International, is a celebrated restaurant brand known for pioneering the casual dining experience with a rich Italian American tradition. Established in the heart of Chicago, Maggiano's has grown into a beloved destination for guests seeking authentic Italian cuisine combined with a warm, family-oriented atmosphere. Their mission is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, creating memorable dining experiences that go beyond just a meal. The company embraces its unique culture, affectionately known as The Maggiano's Way, which emphasizes genuine hospitality, community involvement, and a commitment to excellence.

Brinker International, the parent company, is a leading global restaurant company with thousands of locations that include several well-known brands. Known as the Original Originator of casual dining, Brinker has set industry standards by blending quality food, enjoyable experiences, and excellent workplace environments. Maggiano's Little Italy stands out with its Italian American heritage that makes guests feel like they are stepping into a home away from home, where every detail reflects care, tradition, and a passion for food.

As a Server at Maggiano's, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, responsible for all facets of food service and guest satisfaction. This role involves taking food and beverage orders, delivering them promptly and professionally, and ensuring guests enjoy their meals in a welcoming and vibrant environment. The Servers are essential frontline ambassadors who create a connection with guests, embodying the spirit of Italian hospitality and familial warmth. Working fast-paced but with a focus on meaningful interactions, servers ensure every dining occasion becomes a special event.

The role requires a keen attention to detail, a positive and upbeat attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic setting. Servers must be adept at communicating with guests and team members, demonstrating professionalism, and promoting the rich culture and values that Maggiano's represents. Beyond serving, employees engage in creating unforgettable moments, whether during intimate dinners, large celebrations, or community events, including support for charitable causes like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and local food banks, affirming Maggiano's commitment to giving back.

Maggiano's values its employees and offers a supportive, engaging, and rewarding workplace. Serving at Maggiano's is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to be part of a family-oriented environment where teamwork, respect, and dedication lead to personal and professional success. Employees benefit from competitive earning potentials, extensive healthcare plans inclusive of domestic partner benefits, extensive career opportunities and development programs, and tuition assistance options. The company’s market-leading 401(k) savings plan with a company match further supports employees' financial futures.

Additional perks include rewards and recognition programs, discounts on a range of products and services like mobile phones, travel, computers, and autos, as well as dining discounts at all Brinker-owned brands. These benefits highlight the company’s effort to provide a comprehensive and inclusive package that supports their team members both inside and outside the workplace. Joining Maggiano's means stepping into a role with meaningful work, an inspiring culture, and a commitment to making both guests and employees feel truly valued and included.
