Job Description
The Pacific Catch, Inc. is a celebrated restaurant company recognized for delivering exceptional dining experiences with an emphasis on first-class service and memorable hospitality. As part of a vibrant and passionate team, The Pacific Catch family prioritizes nurturing a supportive culture anchored in its Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards. This approach not only enhances guest satisfaction but also creates a rewarding work atmosphere where employees feel respected and valued. The company is committed to employee development, offering extraordinary opportunities for both personal and professional growth within the hospitality industry. The Pacific Catch prides itself on fostering an environment that is inclusive, fun, and motivates team members to consistently contribute their best efforts, driving the continuous success and expansion of the brand.
The Server role at The Pacific Catch is vital in ensuring guests receive prompt and attentive service that reflects the restaurant’s dedication to excellence. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Server will work part-time on an hourly, non-exempt basis, with schedules that vary week to week to accommodate shifting business needs. This position requires weekend availability, highlighting the importance of flexibility to meet peak dining demands. Servers are compensated at the rate of $19.50 per hour, reflecting the company’s competitive pay structure aligned with industry standards.
In this role, Servers are expected to uphold the highest standards of hospitality by actively engaging guests, offering informed recommendations from the food and drink menus, and accurately processing orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system. They are responsible for managing their tables efficiently throughout the dining experience—clearing utensils and dishes, checking in regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction, and up-selling additional menu items whenever appropriate. The role demands excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
The Pacific Catch also places a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, expecting Servers to contribute positively to the restaurant’s atmosphere by supporting fellow team members and adhering to established service protocols consistently. Those seeking a dynamic role where they can develop their hospitality skills while working in a supportive environment will find that this position offers both challenges and rewarding opportunities. The blend of quality service, employee care, and commitment to community make The Pacific Catch an ideal workplace for individuals eager to thrive in the restaurant industry.
