Job Requirements
- Must have the ability to walk or stand for the majority of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds
- Candidate must be 18 years old
- Must maintain a working knowledge of department standards and policies
- Safe Serve Certification preferred
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Packers Game Day availability required
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

- Knowledge of department standards and policies
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic proficiency with POS systems
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes
- Suggest food and beverages to guests to upsell appropriately
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
- Greet guests and present menus when applicable
- Process payment transactions
- Clear and reset tables and linens as needed
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Communicate with guests and assist with questions
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation
- Serve food and beverages per the order course
- Observe guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Respond promptly to additional guest requests
- Maintain proper dining experience including delivering items, fulfilling needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses
- Prepare mixed drinks when applicable and licensed
- Understand and communicate products and services available at the resort
- Assist with stocking and maintaining restaurant par stock levels and side stations
- Help other restaurant areas such as answering telephones and seating guests
