The role available is essential to maintaining and enhancing the guest experience during various events and within the stadium’s food and beverage outlets. This position requires self-disciplined, hardworking, curious, trustworthy, humble, and truthful individuals who are eager to collaborate and contribute positively to the team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for interacting with guests, serving food and beverages, supporting service staff by clearing and cleaning tables, and performing opening, closing, and side work duties.
Candidates are expected to provide personal service and attention to detail that exceed guest expectations, while maintaining a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, colleagues, and management. Adherence to Legends Global and venue policies is mandatory, as is practicing safe work habits and completing all required safety and compliance training. Working in this role requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays, along with the physical capability to handle the demands of the job including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and repetitive motions in various weather conditions and exposure to loud noises and flashing lights.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English
- Ability to lift 10 to 50 pounds
- Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to attain alcohol and food safety certifications
- Ability to work extended hours including late nights
- Must maintain safe work habits
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Must be self-motivated and a team player
Job Qualifications
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Available to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Must be able to read, speak and write English language to communicate with guests
- Ability to lift and transport items that weigh 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Must have two to three years working in a fast-paced restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
- Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that exceed their expectations
- Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- Support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Be knowledgeable of other food, beverages, and retail outlets within the stadium
- Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
- Adhere to the Legends Global and venue company policies
- Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
