The role of Server 1 is an essential part of the dining operations team at Friendship Village Tempe. This position supports service primarily at the rooftop brewery and buffet, creating enjoyable and memorable dining experiences for residents and guests. Staff members in this role are expected to demonstrate excellent hospitality skills and a positive attitude, contributing to the community atmosphere. The position is a no-tipping facility, offering competitive pay that ranges from $16.40 to $18.04 per hour based on experience. The schedule includes shifts from Tuesday through Saturday, 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm, with additional holiday work required. Candidates will be assigned their primary venue during the initial phone screening, based on their interest, experience, and availability.
